Investment areas of Redzikowo-Wieszyno, located in the Slupsk Commune, with a total area of ​​over 140 ha, are located along the express road S6 (Szczecin-Gdańsk) which is a part of bypass of the City of Słupsk. It has an internal road named Przemysłowa Street.

This area is covered with the Słupsk Special Economic Zone status – the “Redzikowo” Subzone and the “Wieszyno” Subzone. Entrepreneurs who run a business activity in the zone on the basis of a decision on support may benefit from income tax exemptions for up to 15 years.

Slupsk Commune – Business Well Protected

What support can be obtained as part of the Polish Investment Zone?

Support is granted in the form of income tax exemption (CIT or PIT) in connection with the implementation of a new investment. The tax exemption constitutes regional public aid and is granted on the basis of the Act on supporting new investments.
Public aid can be obtained for the implementation of investments in the industry and production sector as well as modern business services, IT and R&D.

The amount of the tax exemption depends on the location of the investment and the size of the enterprise. The aid is calculated by multiplying the maximum aid intensity by the higher amount of costs (eligible investment costs or two-year labour costs for newly recruited workers).

Authority issuing the decision on suppport is Pomeranian Regional Deelopment Agency (Pomorska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A.) as an administrator of Slupsk Special Economic Zone.

Validity of a decision on suport is 12 years (15 years for investments implemented in the areas covered by the special economic zone status).

To obtain tax exemptions the investment must fulfilled the following:

  • definition of a new investment
  • type of economic activity for which public aid may be granted
